Turning 35 has been great! Chelsea got me this AWESOME Hello Kitty! I don't have one like her and I will treasure her forever. 
Daniel baked an AMAZING cake for me and believe it or not, we fed 26 people with it. The good news is that I was able to look directly at Daniel for the first time in a couple of weeks, ROFL!My 4th period class was absolutely INCREDIBLE today... I got a t-shirt, a giant card, a laminated summary of the year... I think I speak for all of us when I say how sorry I am to see 4th period end!
My best friends Mrs. Norgaard, Mr. Tamplen, and Mr. Brockway gave me tickets to see the Jersey Boys in July, and we also had breakfast together from Chick-Fil-A. And this evening I bought David Sedaris's new book with money my mom gave me for my birthday. It has been a fun day and I'm so glad all of my students were part of it. I thought being in school on my birthday would really stink, but it was fantastic!!Be sure to check the blog throughout the summer... I always keep it updated with my adventures.
