Fairy tale update: Kevin's winning the "guess which fairy tale" competition. So far he's guessed three correctly, been awarded a prize for one, and I'm waiting to see if he will get this week's before I invest in a second Kevin-worthy prize. You asked for something difficult-- so here 'tis.
This week is Safe Driving Week. All students will attend a mock wreck assembly on Monday, and there will be other activities throughout the week. Thursday night is the Community Drug Forum at AHS. I believe it starts around six. I'll be there and I highly encourage you to attend with your parents. It will be a very informative evening.
This week, our big mission is to talk about how to order in a restaurant. Might take two days, might take more. Plan for a quiz over this and ser/estar on Thursday. Wednesday we will do a career workshop with Mr. Tamplen in the CyberCave. Friday, we will do Muestra y Dice as always.
Last thing-- registration for 10th grade begins this week. Many of you are signed up for advanced classes and that is great! If you do not know whether you should sign up for Spanish II or Spanish II Pre-AP/IB, let's talk.
