Esta semana, vamos a aprender vocabulario de la familia. También, ustedes van a recibir un proyecto sobre la familia, y un poema que necesitan memorizar. Es una semana facil en unas maneras y difícil en otras.
lunes: Recibirán el vocabulario nuevo de 5-1, información del proyecto, y nuevo trabajo de memoria.
martes: Practicaremos el vocabulario nuevo y también vamos a construir un arbol de familia.
miércoles: prueba del vocabulario; adjetivos posesivos
jueves: el día de San Valentín; timed writing, día de trabajar en los projectos. La ardilla va a regalar a Kevin, también
viernes: muestra y dice; actividad con el arbol de la familia

The Allen ISD Bee for Education is April 1! Make plans to cheer on Lowery's team of Mrs. Holmes, Mrs. Hodson, and Mr. Hardage! We are the defending champs from last year. (Winning word: thixotropic.) Our theme this year is Happy Days, the old TV show featuring Ron Howard, Scott Baio, and The Fonz! If you can't come to the bee, we can certainly use your help with decorations.
If you are unfamiliar with the Bee, this is a MAJOR fundraiser for AISD's Foundation for Education. The bee is a competition between faculty/staff members from schools within the district. Everybody dresses up in costumes and we have a traditional spelling bee. It's a hoot!
Here we are at last year's bee. And yes, I realize I'm probably the only person in Allen that has an Erick Dampier shirt. Don't hate.
