Tuesday we will start up the new semester. New seating chart, new calendar, new stuff for the six weeks. We won't be doing translations this six weeks-- in place of that we will be doing Show and Tell and memory work. Quiz Wednesday over 4-2 vocab (places). Pretty easy week, all things considered.
Remember: if you intend to continue Pre-AP/IB classes in tenth grade, attend the Brown Bag lunch session in the library with Mrs. Maphies (the advanced academics coordinator at AHS) according to the schedule below. She will be able to answer all of your questions about registration and AP/IB stuff-- which you need to know, since your class is the first one to have a 26-credit graduation requirement!
If you have A LUNCH, go to WEDNESDAY'S session.
If you have B LUNCH, go to THURSDAY'S session.
If you have C LUNCH, go to the MONDAY, JANUARY 28 session. (My class- we will be going there!)
You have to bring your lunch if you intend to go to the library to hear the session. You cannot pick lunch up from the cafeteria and take it to the library, nor can you eat first and then go to the library. You will miss your entire 4th period class. If you attend a session, you are responsible for missed work!
