PowerPoint Issues

Students-

I've received many of your presentations (thank you) and have received MANY pieces of email with questions about the size of the file, what to do if it's too big, etc.

Please keep in mind that, per my original instructions, the presentations are NOT to exceed 5MB and they must be emailed to me. If your presentation is too large, you have two options: condense it (remove pictures, remove graphics, change the pictures to a lower resolution somehow) or make a poster instead. If you make a poster, you still have four days to complete it.

To attach the file to your email, save the file first to a location where you can find it. When you email me, choose the "attach a file" option (different email programs word that differently) and browse through your computer to find the file. When you find it, double click on it and it's ready to go. If it's 5MB or under, I will receive it at my AISD address with no problems.

Believe me, I am not trying to make this project difficult or overwhelming. I am just adhering to the guidelines I set forth in early October when the project was assigned. Deadlines are always stressful; let me know if I can help you out at all.

Based on what I've received so far, these are going to be GREAT presentations!
