You must sign in at the front desk of Lowery if you come to this campus. Failure to do so will result in a TICKET being issued to you.
If you are planning to come see me, let me know ahead of time. I will let the receptionist know you are coming, and once you sign in, you will be "legal".
Not trying to make things difficult, just trying to keep order on our campus. I know you understand.

EDIT: I am not the one issuing tickets. We've got security guards and principals doing that.
