I know my website is starting to sound like a Hallmark card, but Spanish I could not be going better! This is a great group of kids and they ask THE BEST questions. Many of them are finding that Spanish just makes sense to them, so they volunteer for speaking questions ALL THE TIME, which is wonderful! We are about to learn our first verb, so soon we will be able to talk about something besides how we're doing.

I am also excited that, for the first time in eight years, EVERYONE IS PASSING at progress report time. Like I said, these kids are a joy to teach.

Here's what's on board for this week:

MONDAY

Go back over pronouns, briefly. Shelve these until Friday. Learn numbers 0-30. Learn how to say your phone number.

TUESDAY

Continue numbers. Practice phone numbers. Review for quiz.

WEDNESDAY

Quiz over numbers. Learn how to tell time.

THURSDAY

Continue time.

FRIDAY

Finish telling time. Learn days, months and seasons. Quiz next Tuesday over time. We will review before the quiz, considering Labor Day weekend and all. :-)
